Kick that brunch Mimosa up a notch!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Mango Nectar
- 1/2 c Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 c Orange Juice
Alcoholic Version
Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine
Non-Alcoholic Version
Sparkling White Grape Juice or Sparkling Apple-Mango Juice – or any sparkling juice
Directions:
- Once you have your juices mixed, you need to mix your Mimosa. Use a 50/50 ratio of sparkling drink to juice
- Pour the sparkling drink in the glass before the juice.
- If you want to be classy, use champagne glasses. If you don’t care, use whenever you have around!
- You can also garnish it with sliced pineapple slices if you want to be really fancy.
Serves: 1 (for a little while – mix a batch of juices and be ready for the crowd!)
