- She Has No Head! – 10 Great Female Comic Book Characters Of The Decade | Comics Should Be Good! @ Comic Book Resources – It’s hard to argue with any of these choices (except her #1 … and I haven’t looked at the character since “52,” which she also disliked). What’s amazing is that these characters were all created in the last decade. It’s been an amazing era in comics.

I know only three of those comic book characters. I don’t much like Jessica Jones or Batwoman. I did like Batgirl (a very short letter by me was printed in issue #15 of her series), particularly before she learned to talk (not as much these days).
I thought the Jessica Jones “Alias” series was brilliant, but I love Bendis dialog and heroes with feet of clay. I need to go back and reread that.
As mentioned, I was left quite cold by Batwoman during “52” and, even with Rucka and Williams on the new series, stayed away from it. I might have to give it another try.
I didn’t read enough of the Batseries to get a good impression of that Batgirl; what I read I enjoyed, but not wildly.
