Wow

Katherine loves Sandra Boynton’s books. Her current favorite is The Going to Bed Book.

She can identify cats (“meow”), elephants (“eleleleleh”), bars, not to mention doggies, rabbits, lions (“roaw!”), and even pigs (“la-la-la” — heritage of another Boynton book). And she’s learning rhinos and hippos.

And when the animals take a bath and “scrub, scrub, scrub!” she scrubs herself. And when they “brush and brush and brush their teeth,” she rubs her finger in her mouth, and when “they rock and rock and rock to sleep,” she rocks back and forth.

I cannot tell you how cute and clever she is. Not that I’m biased mind you. She really is incredibly cute and clever. Really.
