Some interesting Intellectual Property news. It’s okay for search engines (and, I supposed, other sites) to provide thumbnail graphics of copyrighted material elsewhere that they are linking to, but not to provide full-size graphics, or to enfold the graphics in a frame that makes it look like they belong on the search engine’s site.
