Having worked in the computer field for, erm, close to two decades, I take a special pleasure in “stories of stupid end-users and the clever techs they harrass” (though the “stories of clever end-users and the stupid techs who think they’re far superior only to have their noses rubbed in their not being so smart after all” are also pretty amusing).
Xkot has a good example of the former.
