Tess rants about Pep Boys. The scary thing is, I have had very similar experiences.
They have everything. Really. A passenger side windshield wiper for a 1976 Gremlin SX? Got it. A car air freshener in the shape of the Great Wall of China? Got it — you want Lime or Pine scented?
But they never ring up service visits until you actually arrive to pick up your vehicle, and it always takes them at least ten minutes to do so. Unbelievable.
