SDB looks at the “unconditional” acceptance of inspections by Iraq, and doesn’t find much unconditional. What they’re really angling for is (a) safety from military attack and, oh yeah, (b) lifting of sanctions. By this reading, there’s nothing there that the Iraqis weren’t “offering” a week ago. Or even less.
