Granted that some of it is drifting, but …
There’s close to four feet of snow drifted on the back porch.
The snow on the side yard is up over the middle cross-beam of the new fence.
And standing on the front porch … silence. No highway noises. No traffic noises at all.
Pictures of the Interstate in the news show … nothing. Whispery silence. No cars. Frozen-over lanes, and no cars.
And the snow is still coming down. The blizzard warning is still in effect until Noon, and another 2-4″ are expected until then.
And Bruce Willis is 48, which is really depressing.

Channel 7 is reporting that the main terminal of DIA is being evacuated because there is a leak in the roof.
