- Want a spam-friendly mailbox? — No thanks, it’s plenty friendly to spam (promiscuous, even) the way it is.
- How to expand your penis size and confidence — No thanks, the old boy is plenty confident the way it is.
- I’m sure, you can get bigger tits!!! — No thanks, I’m trying to avoid just that.
- Young stalwart boys and a screaming woman — It’s Bill & Barry, the Heterodyne Boys!
- Attract women on a primordial level — Yeah, ’cause that sounds attractive. Unless we’re talking this sort of thing.
I got a million of ’em, folks. (No, really, I’ve got a million of ’em — they’re clogging my inbox something horrible …)

This morning only 33 spam. That black-out sure was good for something. Now I know what part of the country most of the spam is coming from.
Hi. This morning I see at the top of your list a spam with the subject “Want a spam-friendly mailbox?” This spam bore one of my email addresses, along with my (former) home phone number.
It seems that most people are unaware, as was I, of the so-called “Joe job,” named after the first guy it happened to.

I think a technical solution to the spam problem (and so to the “Joe job” problem) is possible, but I’m afraid it will take legislation to force the issue. Some people think new legislation is exactly the wrong approach, and I agree if the legislation attempts to be a technical standard. Something has to happen, though, if email is not to become completely useless. In my “Joe job” page I urge people to contact their Senators and Representatives, and provide the obvious links for them to find contact information.
Great looking kid! A bit younger than mine, but not so much that I don’t remember that stage.

RE “Joe jobs” — that’s why bouncing, or blacklisting, sending domains is not terribly useful (and why making spoofing headers illegal is something I could support, legislation-wise).
