Hill’s Law of Super-astronomical Origins: Any sf or fantasy book, movie, or TV show, post-1965, whose plot synopsis includes the phrase “from beyond the stars,” is almost certainly crap, unless there is significant discussion about space-time curvature and the origin of the universe therein. And, even then, it’s probably crap.
Hill’s Accountability Corollary: If it’s not crap, then the copy writer and the person who approved of the synopsis ought to get their asses fired.
