Not to seem callous or indifferent to human life or anything, but regarding the Israeli assassination of Hamas founder Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, blowing him up into flinders — well, good riddance to bad rubbish. I mean, “spiritual leader”? Give me a break.
As to threats by Hamas and other Palestinian groups to wreak bloody revenge on Israel and the US for the death, what are they going to do, go crazy and strap explosives to their waists and board crowded busses or go into crowded restaurants and blow up innocent people? Oh, yeah, right …
