Typical was last night. The Testerfolk were here (with ‘Bahama Mama” mix), Dave & Lori (with a triplet of scotches), Stan (some sake, some scotch, some pepper vodka and some vanilla honey vodka — both home-made), and Randy (Pimm’s).
Bellinis, B-52s, Tiratinis, all leavened with various soups and goodies Margie produced. Entertainment, aside from just enjoyable company, was provided by the first season DVD of Coupling (the BBC version, of course).
Great fun and great success, enough to make the rather slow and painful Saturday morning that followed worth it (when accompanied by waffles and quiche).
Nap time all around, though …
