During the Serenity panel at the Comic-Con, someone asked if Joss expected to be working with Ben Edlund (creator of The Tick, as well as a major contributor to various Whedon series). Joss replied that Ben marched to the beat of his own drummer.
That beat seems to be leading to another promising series: Global Frequency, based on the comic by Warren Ellis.
Ben Edlund, creator of The Tick and a recent writer for Angel, is among the writers contributing for The WB’s Global Frequency television series.
