According to a survey by Virgin Mobile, 95% of people asked admit that they make cell phone calls when drunk, of which almost a third are to ex-partners/spouses/boyfriends/girlfriends. A substantial number mention calling their bosses. In the survey, 55% said they checked their cell phone call logs “the morning after” to determine who they might have called.
Thus, an Australian mobile phone company is offering a “blacklist” service you can set up before heading off to a big party, identifying phone numbers that should blocked should you try to call them …
Sounds either goofy, ingenious, or both.
