Well, sort of. My mom got me Battle of the Bulge for my twelfth birthday, but it was too easy, so we exchanged it for PB.

I’ve fiddled with it, but haven’t played a real email game. You shouldn’t need to set up a physical copyy of the game, unless that helps you plan your moves.
A gamebox for Panzerblitz exists.
