Please Exit the State in a Quiet and Orderly Fashion

I’m not sure what’s more disturbing — that somehow the Emergency Broadcast System in Connecticut issued a warning across the state that it was being evacuated, or that the state police didn’t get any phone calls about it (which either means that everyone there was an obedient sheep or else nobody paid attention to the message …).
