Fortunately, nobody had arranged to call me at 1 a.m. last night when a critical production server broke down and a bunch of IT folks, including other senior managers (but, again, not me) were on conference calls figuring out the right approach. This time, at least. From now on, I’m going to be on those calls. Woo-hoo!
