  1. From the few glances I cast (I had my back to the video area), no, but, then, Katherine was more interested in (a) playing and (b) watching other kids play than sitting anywhere and watching a video.

    That said — I don’t know that it would have particularly bothered me had they had it on. And against the wave of “CHUCK E CHEESE IS FUN YOU WILL COME BACK TO CHUCK E CHEESE CHUCK E CHEESE IS YOUR FRIEND” subliminal energy waves being beamed across the area, I don’t know that even the cleverest propaganda that didn’t feature Chuck E. Cheese in it would have had an effect. (Hmmm. Yes, I’d likely have objected to Chuck E. Cheese riding in a tank, or helping liberate Baghdad, or something like that. The rest? Eh.)
