Okay, upgrade instructions said that, for Typekey, the Site Javascript Template had to be refreshed. Which, eventually, I discovered how to do that. So let’s see if it helps (or worked).
I’ll help you test your comments… I’ve been asking for an upgrade for a while, but my husband David is reluctant to tackle it. He insists that MT’s core programming is “broken,” which is because he switched to WordPress a long while back and looks down his nose at MT.
I’ll see what they say at the ecto forum, too. Just when I started to feel more comfortable with it, you give me another reason to sit tight with the upgrade. Dang.
Well, there were a couple of plug-ins I wanted to run the latest version of, and etc., so I figured I’d be safe.
Things seem to be working, just not firing on all cylindars. And the ecto thing. Annoying. Still more diagnosis I need to do before I start pointing fingers in any direction.
