A most productive weekend, I guess

While there was play time available (a nice SOTC game with Doyce, Kate, Randy, and Margie), it was also a very productive weekend.

1. I cleaned the breakfast room table.
2. I cleaned the dining room — boxes packed downstairs, stacks of stuff hauled upstairs, various serving pieces and glassware tucked away, dusting and waxing and good stuff like that.
3. I put the decorative knobs on the buffet cabinets.  We’ve had these for, oh, a year or two, but never got around to it.  Until now, huzzah.
4. I fixed the wiring on the front door porch light.  That’s been not working for, well at least a year.  Now we can greet visitors (and send them off) in something other than an inky black pool of shadow.
5. Helped Margie with laundry a bit.
6. Did the bills.

I feel dutiful and a responsible member of the household.  Yay!
