Of all the potential objections (and there are many) to John McCain becoming President, the question of whether he qualifies as a “natural-born citizen” (as the Constitution requires), having been born in the Panama Canal Zone where his father, a Navy officer, was stationed, is probably the goofiest and most trivial. Let’s move on.

Personally I would be more concerned about a self confessed war criminal as our President than someone who was born in Panama.
