I’m glad there’s an alterna-Blogathon. After finally getting off my duff and participating last year, I didn’t really want to take a break.
I stand corrected — it looks like there is an alternative Blogathon thingie. Is it just limited to the LiveJournal community list at the moment?
Okay, there looks to be another alternative, DayOfBlogs. Though not a lot of action there yet.
I’m going to monitor and see what looks to be the best direction here. I seriously want to do it (I’m actually more torn about which charity to tout).
I’m going to sign up with both. The LJ community is just that: a community of participants and a list of bloggers that I can check out on the big day. DayofBlogs looks like a central hub, like the Blogathon site.
