I usually put the comics I am most looking forward to reading at the bottom of my stack, “saving the best for last.” But what to do when there’s a ton of comics, all of them I’m eagerly waiting to read:
- Both Mighty and New Avengers, by Bendis.
- X-Factor by Peter David.
- Gravel by Ellis.
- Powers by Bendis.
- Echo by Terry Moore.
- The Sword by the Luna Brothers.
- Final Crisis: Legion of Three Worlds by Johns and Perez.
- Castle Waiting by Medley.
- Fables by Willingham.
- PvP by Kurtz.
- PS238 by Williams.
- Usagi Yojimbo by Sakai.
(Granted, it’s two weeks worth, but it is an embarrassment of riches.)
And that’s not even counting the other “also-rans” in the pull stack that I want to read, too.
I got two PS238’s since they forgot to give me last months. 🙂
As an amusing side note, the owner had me already signed up for the Farscape run. =P
I’ll confess that I’m not an automatic subscriber to comics related to TV series / books I’ve enjoyed. The Farscape series, honestly, doesn’t send me … though I feel like I should start rewatching the series again as time permits.
Man, it’s been years since I could AFFORD a pull list . . . single income household FTL (of much cool geekiness!).
On the other hand, my kids come home from school to their Mom, get immediate help (read butt kicking) in getting their homework done, and get real meals in a timely manner.
And there’s nothing wrong and everything right with that.
I’m pleased, myself, that Katherine enjoys the comics I have being pulled for her (“Tiny Titans” and “Billy Batson and the Power of Shazam” yesterday).
