‘Bagpipe’ is not a verb. He may play the bagpipes. Indeed the piper may be piping, but if you conjugate ‘bagpipe’, I will be forced to raise an eybrow at you, and ‘tut’ disapprovingly.
There is a verb form of “bagpipe,” but it’s a nautical term. I stand corrected.
