- Anti-Gay Forces In Maine File Suit So They Can Run Outrageous Ads – The nature of the ads they want to run (goofy and despicable as they are) is beside the point — they want to be exempted from the rules because it’s incconvenient for them, even though No-on-1 forces don’t seem to be asking for an exemption. And, of course, they want the rules lifted long enough to get their ads on the air in time for the election, then they’ll be off to some other state.
