- Laptop surveillance kid was disciplined when spying authorities mistook candies for pills – I don’t care if he was frelling shooting up heroin — that does not justify secret spying of this sort. And I think the district (which is lying through its teeth — “to track down stolen laptops” indeed) would have a hard time using the evidence so collected if faced with a legal challenge.
