- U.S. will undergo human rights scrutiny – This is the right thing to do. Is the UNHRC a perfect body? No, but standing aloof from it doesn’t help. Will the report be politicized and used as a club by folks who have an axe to grind with the US? Sure. But if we can’t take the heat, we can’t criticize the condition of other peoples’ kitchens.
- Marjorie Margolies – Democrats: Vote your conscience on health care – This should be sent to every Democrat in the House. Money graf: “So cast the vote that you won’t regret in 18 years.” If your reason to be in Congress is not simply to get reelected, do what you think is in the best interest of your constituents, whether they agree or not.
- Goofy Fox News poll questions – I think this is called push polling, couching the question to get the response you want. But, then, Fox News really isn’t a news organization, so that’s hardly surprising.
