What if The Empire Strikes Back were made in the 50s as a 3D sci-fi B-feature? Actually a melange of flicks from the silents through the 60s (mostly movies, but I spotted a bit of TV in there), but it all makes for a wonderful pre-make.
Given Lucas’ inspiration by the serials of his youth, this is actually much of what he was driving for. Fun, too.
