- Q: What do Retailers Think of IRON MAN ANNUAL Digital? – I don’t want to see comics retailers go away. Nor do I want to have to read my comics on an iPad. Both those said, Marvel’s insane to be digitally publishing/pricing in this fashion. It doesn’t help them, it doesn’t help their comics, and it gives comic book retailers a sense of entitlement that can only end badly.

- More on Bryan Fischer’s theories about homosexuality and the Nazis — Warren Throckmorton – Why anyone would actually think that Bryan Fischer had two brain cells to rub together on anything historical is beyond me. That he uses it to try and make some sort of moral point is even more laughable.
- FRC Planning $100,000+ Anti-Kagan Ad Campaign – Okay, think about this a moment. Think about the people suffering in this country — jobless, homeless, hungry, sick. And what the “Family Research Council” is trying to get Good Christian Americans to pony up for is money to spend on advertising to oppose a left-of-center SCOTUS nominee that everyone knows is going to get confirmed. That’s what Jesus would do? Seriously?
- Fischer: “The Inescapable Conclusion is That Gay Sex is a Form of Domestic Terrorism” – Wow. You’d think even Bachmann would be embarrassed to be sharing a stage with this idjit.
- Mayor who called gay troops ‘lacy-drawered’ and ‘limp-wristed’ compares himself to Washington and Lincoln. – Arizona continues to sprint to the bottom in prejudice and hatred.
- Rep. Broun lies, claims Hank Paulson is a Democrat. – Don’t let the facts get in the way of your little tirade, Paul.
- Arizona’s immigration battle becomes a major nexus for white supremacists and the ‘mainstream’ – This is not the America I want to be a part of.
- Hollywood’s guide to hacking a computer – Yeah, real hacking (like real pretty-much-everything) is not very well portrayed by Hollywood — at least in terms of all the “long hours of boredom and frustration finally culminating, maybe, in a moment of triumph” way most things work.
- Disney World Destiny for Married Couple | The Disney Blog – Coincidence can be an amazing thing.
- Wikileaks/Manning: “Are America’s foreign policy secrets about to go online?” – On the one hand, Wikileaks is an invaluable resource in providing information that the government (various governments) don’t want us to know that we should. On the other hand, it would be pretty difficult to maintain an utterly transparent diplomatic system (and have it be effective), or have embassy communiques be completely public.
- Massey miner fired after he spoke to the press about safety – I hope Massey gets nailed to the freaking wall.
