Links (most recent first) that caught my eye, but did not warrant full-blown blog entries ….
- What you’ll reveal to a computer « The Invisible Gorilla – It’s fascinating that reciprocity happens even if it’s obviously scripted.
- How AOL News Started The “Sex By Surprise” Lie – Some nice reporting here — not that whether Assange is (or isn’t) guilty of the crimes he’s charged with has anything to do with WikiLeaks’ activities or what they’ve uncovered.
- Michele Bachmann on Carbon Dioxide. [Greg Laden’s Blog] – So let’s put Michele Bachmann in a room full of carbon dioxide and see how “natural” she finds it.
- Gather round kids! It’s Tea Party Story Time! – Yeesh. And then they wonder why they are called hateful kooks.
- Note to Religious Liberals: God Does Take Sides | Religion Dispatches – I am devoted to civil discourse, and to the idea that the way you play the game affects the outcome (so even if you win, you lose). That said, this is worth reading.

4. Conservative Claus, on the other hand, does not give presents to children, because that’s socialism and evil. Plus, visiting only the super-wealthy saves him 99% of his time on Christmas Eve. And tax breaks don’t take up a lot of space in the sleigh, either.
Librul Claus, on the other hand, makes sure that poor kids get a toy.
By the way, I just blogged about a comment I got from your link to Pastor Dan. A conservative claus came by and dropped a sack of coal and switches down my chimney for Epiphany.
