While I’m not looking forward to my own daughter becoming possibly sexually active, I’m not going to pretend it’s not going to happen on my say-so, or that I can make things “better” for her by making it riskier.

- TSA Overstates Costs of Private Alternatives – As long as the TSA (or DHS) sets the regulations of what safety procedures need to be followed, it doesn’t make any difference whether the guy groping you is a government employee or not. Except that, remembering how slipshod security was pre-9/11, I suspect that the TSA agents are actually more effective and reliable than rent-a-cops.
