Caesar has no say in this.” A spot-on point. Though the writer loses his way over what’s a civil obligation to Caesar (employment law) in the very next paragraph.

There’s no way that’s happening at present in all those localities where the GOP is cracking down on voter eligibility, voter identification, etc. But their efforts are making it easier to reduce, by percentage points, the voters who might support the Democrats.
