The answer, to the extent that there is an answer, will be to recommend / encourage / support teens taking the driving training when they’re still in the younger range, rather than having them be driving noobs at 18.

Not every YouTube video I watch on someone’s recommendation is worth my recommendation. I think I get something of the idea here, but I think it just cranks up the noise at the expense of the signal.
