So I’m doing my self-evaluation for yearly performance reviews. Our system has this “Legal Review” button you can press to see if you’ve said something that might cause problems. Here’s what it flagged for me.
- My financials were $36K in the black.
- I communicated frequently with senior management.
- I effectively manage a large group of developers.
- I keep an eye open for safety suggestions that are not just “the same old thing.”
Who knew I was such an inappropriate kind of guy?
