For those who underestimate the power of pepper spray

Here’s a nice graphic on the topic which shows (a) how intense police-grade pepper spray is, vs. what people might carry around in their purses or pockets, and (b) how pepper spray is considered a chemical weapon in battlefield conditions and so is illegal for the military to use in combat. #ddtb
