I know perfectly well that if I tried to pick up one of the chipmunks that live nearby, I’d probably get my finger bitten off, but oh, I would love to. I think chipmunks are some of the cutest of God’s creatures, and I did enjoy this. Thanks.
@Ellie – I wouldn’t generally recommend handling wild animals, both because of bites and because of fleas (and attendant diseases) and the like.
