Frankly, I wish the settlement had been even more stringent, and that we'd seen some criminal charges filed against individuals. But at least it's something.

I'm either greatly amused or else disgusted (perhaps both) that the Oklahoma AG didn't sign onto the deal because he felt it was too harsh on the banks. Guess that makes it clear who his constituency is. #ddtb
