I have heard this for a while…that red meat is bad when eating too much. But like all things you can still eat it in moderation (a few times a week).
Red meat has been attacked for a variety of reasons for many years. The most recent study showed an (apparently) huge jump in heart attacks and other premature death associated with even moderate consumption. It just turns out to be … wrong.
I concur that moderation in diet is not only a safe course, but a lot more likely to be maintained than deprivation.
And fuzzy green meat?
