Oh, Charles Carreon, you are bringing a piece of paper to a Super-soaker fight. Lawyers are, for reasons good or ill, "rules lawyers" — "If I can only find the rule I can turn to my advantage, I can win." Lawyers often don't understand that there is a social component to the way we interact with one another, and if you ignore that, you will not "win" even if you find the right rule. I.e., you may win in a limited arena, but everyone will think you are a dick.
Now, you can win a big judgment as a dick. But some judges understand that social component, and are just as likely to seriously slap you down as being a dick, even if you found the right rule.
The GM's ruling is final. As is the socialized impression of all the other players.

It gets funnier (or not): the lawyer is now suing Inman, and the fund-raising site he used, and the two charities. Zany. http://www.popehat.com/2012/06/17/the-oatmeal-v-funnyjunk-part-iv-charles-carreon-sues-everybody/
