What Religious "Hostility" Looks Like
Tony Perkins’ sudden survey paints a picture of Christians under siege.

Looking at it simply, based on the assumption that the racially motivated hate crimes were perpetrated by a representative cross section of the US population, one might conclude that the majority of race-hate crimes were therefore carried-out by Christians.
I’d like Perkins to go and live in Pakistan for a while….you know, the country that is planning on killing an 11 year old Christian child for burning a couple pages of the Quran?
I’m Christian. Everyone who knows me or has talked to me for more than a few minutes knows that. I go to church once or twice…sometimes thrice a week, and am not stopped, or questioned. Nobody has confiscated any of my 9 Bibles (’cause you can’t just read one). People who claim Christians are persecuted in this country make me want to vomit.
Too many people (perhaps too desirous of an unquestioned privileged status) consider “criticism” to be the same as “persecution.” Which makes me wonder how they’d feel if Jesus returned and judged how they were doing as Christians.
