A Tale of Two Administrations (and employment)

Nothing new in these graphs, but worth noting:  the first four years of Obama's presidency have been substantially better for private job growth than the first four of the Bush administration.  

The Bush administration, on the other hand, saw much great increase in public job growth in its first four years — presumably somewhat due to homeland security, etc., post-9/11.  Public sector jobs have plummeted under Obama (belying the whole "huge growth of government" meme), but largely due to government austerity measures on the federal and state levels, usually led by the GOP (too often abetted by the Dems).
