Pretty decent articles, and the suggested answers are certainly something more attractive to me, as a hiring manager, than the "first impulse" responses.
That said, I'd rather folks not sound too glib in their answers. "Hi, I've memorized twelve slick responses to your probing questions and am ready to charm you [tooth glint]." Don't make the BS Detector go off.
