Trailers from before Les Miserables this afternoon:
The Place Beyond the Pines — motorcycles, hold-ups, and making bad choices. Um … not my cuppa.
The Great Gatsby — Baz Luhrmann doing a flashy Gatsby adaptation? I might actually watch this.
Identity Thief — I am so not into most modern movie comedies, but I have to admit this one looked pretty funny. Doubt I'll see it in the theater, but stranger things have happened.
Oblivion — Yet another Tom Cruise Action SF Vehicle. Looks very slick, has Morgan Freeman, really no interest in seeing it.

I haven't seen any of these trailers yet, but The Great Gatsby sounds like it could be interesting.
How was Les Mis? (I have zero exposure to it…just know it's a musical)
Well, if you scroll down a few posts, you'll see my review. (Short story: 4 stars of 5, flawed but still very good. I have no idea if it's helpful to have seen the stage production or not. But I liked it.)
Gatsby looks — as one would expect from a Baz Luhrmann production — highly stylish, very kinetic, lots of interesting music choices. The trailer is here: The Great Gatsby Official Trailer #2 (2012) – Leonardo DiCaprio Movie HD
TGG was one of those books I ducked reading in English class in High School, I must confess.
