  1. If it were glow-in-the-dark paint, and it covered the bear completely, I might've been more lenient in my judgment.

    As it is, who does something like this? Cities have to fight pretty hard to get funding for art pieces. I feel the same about graffiti: I like it if it's done well. I loathe it when someone decides to go over a piece of graffiti with some random scrawling.

  2. I can certainly appreciate artistic graffiti — though I bear enough consideration of the original property and even art that might have been present to wish that the artist could have expressed otherwise.

    But just random pissing on things, like this?  Classless.
