It's something funny and ridiculous, and it has to do with medical care, so why wouldn't "Dr. Paul" use it to lambaste Obamacare.

Problem is, it has nothing to do with Obamacare, and was actually mandated by the George W. Bush administration.  But, hey, don't let actual, y'know, facts get in the way of a GOP speech soundbite and some coverage in that bastion of journalism, The Daily Mail.

  1. Don't they come up with the categories in the first place by analyzing actual medical records? Once you create a category, you can analyze for it to see if it is generating a lot of costs. And if it is, develop mitigation, duh.

  2. No, no, no, +George Wiman, don't you get it? Government is all about bureaucratic busywork. Only in a  society where the only medical care categories are "paid fully by one's vast personal wealth" vs "charitable work done by doctors to the poor as they have time to fit it in and feel so obliged" can we truly be free.
