Now the GOP is picking their favorite "can't veto" departments to fund at pre-sequestration levels, so that they can then "justify" slashing money from everything else on the basis of the sequestration levels being the new law of the land.
Will Obama stick by his threat to veto these piecemeal budgets? I wouldn't count on it.
