Denver-area Steak-n-Shakes teeter on oblivion

(Okay, melodramatic, but better than some vague and non-specific pun-based title.)

I've eaten at one of the local S&Ss and, frankly, the earth didn't move, though I didn't find it particularly objectionable. My interest in the case is merely that one of the outlets in question is just down the street from me, and I would be unhappy to see it shuttered.
