I have to admit, if the NSA offered up its WiFi-at-8-miles technology to the general public, I'd almost be willing to let them listen into whatever I'm doing.

I have had trouble getting a decent Wi-Fi signal across the office and the NSA can do it from 8 miles away? 

That's my only real problem with them working on Quantum Computing. If they make it work you can bet your ass they won't share it with the rest of us.
