Weather for tomorrow looks pretty good, though trending steadily colder as we had out from California east, dropping below freezing on the far end of Arizona. Our goal tomorrow is Santa Fe, about 12 hours away.
Saturday night looks to be light snow along the Front Range. That might make the initial travel north from Santa Fe up over Raton Pass a bit dicey, but we'll take it easy. I-25 should still be better than I-70, which is predicted to have a lot of ski traffic all weekend.
It'll be good to be back home. We've had a lovely time, but returning to a bit of normalcy will also be very nice. Plus, our DVR is bulging at the seams.
I hear the Rent-a-Rottweilers at the house have gotten particularly hungry. Hopefully any burglar who stop by before we get home will be blown to bits by the trip-mines in the front walkway and provide the doggies with something to nibble on.
