I am all in favor of wearing things that are comfortable, allow free movement, keep you appropriately warm (or cool), and otherwise are of service, as opposed to clothing that is more of a burden.
I do enjoy occasionally dressing up for something, sure, and I believe in being presentable and respectful in my attire in certain situations — but my take on clothing is, by and large, if you aren't having fun with it (or, at the very least, it isn't causing you problems), you're doing it wrong.
